I am no longer able to download a playlist that I have created on my Apple McBook Air?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to see you've been having issues with your downloads.

Could you let us know if you're seeing any error messages and if this error appears only with this specific playlist?
We'd also like to ask how many songs the playlist contains, as well as if you're trying to download it via the Spotify app on your Mac or on a different device.

Note that offline listening is not supported on the web player.
