friends cannot see my activity on their friend feed

A friend has just told me that my activity doesn't pop up on her feed.

I've never done a private session & am constantly listening to music, so I can't figure out why I wouldn't be showing up.

I decided to toggle some of the settings ("Share my activity" in settings has always been on) as well as delete & re-download the Spotify desktop app, but I am still not showing up on her friend activity feed. 

Anyone know what else I can do to make sure my activity is public for my friends? Thank you!!
