iTunes tracks not in spotify

My Question or Issue

 Is there a quick way of making a playlist on iTunes or Spotify of the tracks that I have in iTunes that are NOT in Spotify. 

That way way I can potentially free up space removing iTunes tracks that I can access in spotify
