Hello,

 

I couldn't open spotify on my mac anymore. So I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it which doesn't work. I always get an error message. I also reinstalled adobe flash and tried the following:

Delete the folders: /Library/Caches/com.spotify.Client, ~/Library/Application Support/Spotify
Delete the Spotify app (from the application folder)
Empty trash, then restart

Are you using Mac OS X 10.5.x? 

If so, have a read at this post which will help you get back to a working client again.
