playlist playing songs not on it

My Question or Issue

I am a classroom teacher and have set up playlists.  Other songs that are not on the playlist have started playing.  I do not have this issue on my phone.  Only on my desktop device. Ideas?

Does this happen anywhere in the playlist or after all the songs on the playlist have been played?

Hey @Aggiegrads98,

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

If the issue persists try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account.

Also, try updating to macOS Mojave 10.14.6 as it's the latest version currently available, until Apple unveils tomorrow when the new version, macOS 10.15 Catalina will become available.
