popup description window is cropped

My Question or Issue

on the web application, when mouse hovers the saves question mark icon for more info, "SAVES (?)", a cropped pop up windows is shown, and it is impossible to read all the text. This is happening to me on "spotify for artists", in the Music Tab (see attachment). url for example is: https://artists.spotify.com/c/artist/{id}/music/songs

If you're having issues with the web application, first we suggest you try using an incognito window to access. If you notice a difference, please clear the cookies and cache of your browser. 

If the issue persists, please give it a try using a different browser or device to access, does it make a difference?

no, incognito or cookies won't help. it's a pure UI issue.

it happens on both chrome and safari browsers.

try and it did not help. it scales everything all together.
