My Question or Issue
Over the past couple weeks/months I have experienced an issue with the macos desktop version. Songs would play fine after start-up of the app. But after a few minutes of inactivity (not playing a song for say, 10 minutes) after pressing the play button on my mac again, the song would "play" (e.g. the song controls show the song is playing) but I would not hear anything. A couple seconds after I would get the "Can't play the current song" notification at the top of my screen. See the attached screenshot. After restarting my application it works again.
Some context: nothing changes about my internet connection in that time (no vpn or firewall changes).
I am a heavy user and over the course of a day this happens around 2-3 times.
Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
Correct, I am using Sony bluetooth headphones.
