"I'm not a robot" endless confirmations torture

I am trying to make sense of the latest saved albums malfunctions, trying to het some technical support from Spotify community --  and the system puts me through endless "I'm not a robot" confirmations torture.

Is that really necessary, that for each post or post edit I am forced to waste so much time for these "confirmations"?

Is it really not enough that I have an account, I'm a paying Spotify customer and all that?

Can someone at Spotify please at least explain it to me?
