"Sorry, couldn't find that" error on Twitter

When sharing podcasts on Twitter, the Twitter Web App displays a "Sorry, couldn't find that" error. Seems to work fine on the Twitter app for both iOS and Android, but Chrome, Safari, and Firefox have all given the same error when trying to play Spotify podcasts through the Twitter Web App. Note that links that were tweeted last week seem to work fine, but new ones do not.
