My Question or Issue

Often when I pause Spotify to watch a youtube video, upon returning to Spotify I am unable to play music and receive a "track not found" error message.

Hey @amneal, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try force quitting Spotify? You can do this by doing Command + Q. If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. 


If you're still having trouble, attach a screen recording of what happens when you pause something on YouTube and return to Spotify, and I'll take a closer look.
