"Your Music" empty -- reinstall did not fix, web player has songs still

After an update of Spotify, my "Your Music" section is completely empty on my desktop Spotify.

The web player still has all the songs, as does my iPhone version. If I add/save a song on the desktop version, it updates the other two but still only  shows the single saved one on my desktop version.

I tried reinstalling but have the same problem.
