"next" function not working properly on a specific playlist

My Question or Issue

Hi guys,
i have an issue with a specific playlist:

On every device/OS i am using (iPhone app, Mac OS Mojave Desktop App, Windows 10 Desktop App), the next songs are not played from the beginning. So no matter if a song ends, i click on "next" or use my keyboard's media keys - the result is always the same. Playback starts at 0:15, 2:04, 1:33 etc. I made a small screen recording and attaching it.

Any ideas what it could be? Cannot reproduce it on another playlists though.
