recently played not showing up

recently played not showing up

My recently played section isn't showing up. If I click on it, it'll say "Nothing here yet, music will appear as you listen," but I'm listening to stuff currently and nothing is popping up. I've had this problem for almost a week.

I've tried quitting it, restarting my computer, and redownloading Spotify and nothing is working. Please help!!!!

Same for me. The list didn't show up on several days over the past week but always came back the next day or so.... now it seems as if it has crashed completely. (Windows 10 Spotify App AND MacOS App) Reinstalling the App twice couldn't fix it for me.

Seems to be working properly on my other devices though (iPad, iPhone)...

 

Is it a bug specific to Desktop Apps?

Please help! 🙂

mine has been doing this on mobile as well, except then it will all pop up the next day. 

Curious...having the same issues as the post above but I notice there is no answers.  Does Spotify every answer the question or just completely ignore?  I'd like to see a simple response that they are aware of the issue and are working on it vs. the same question being asked over and over.
