spent about two hours organizing my playlists. the order isn't syncing across devices

I'm not talking about sorting songs within playlists but the playlists themselves. I created folders to organize about 80 playlists. It looks great on the web player but they're just a big jumble on the Mac desktop app and only about 1/2 of the playlists and a total of 1 folder are showing up on the desktop and iOS app! 

I just migrated over from google music where this was super easy, even using third party apps so this problem is very frustrating. 

Any ideas as to a workaround?

Hi @brianprentiss and @happinessie, 

Could you please perform clean reinstall of your Spotify app? It's different than regular reinstallation. 

Here's an article on how to do it. 

This should sync all your music through your devices. 

On your mobile you can change the order of your playlists by going to your library, pulling down and an option to filter should appear. If you choose custom order, it should reflect the order form your desktop on your mobile.
