spotify does not update music list correctly

My Question or Issue

Well I can open Spotify and install in my mac, buth the list in this mac don't uptade and i can't lesing the music i search...i try desinstall and clear the cache buth don't find this. In other mac and dispositive I never have this problem, i search about the solucition buth i dont find. I can't install a new version or update my mac, this no a solucion.
