spotify opens but no display

Device: Macbook Pro 2015

Operating System: Mojave 10 Version 10.14.6

Spotify opens on my desktop but nothing displays. I have tried every imaginable solution:

- turning off hardware acceleration

- clearing all cache records and reinstalling (many, many times)

- restarting many, many times

I really rely on Spotify on my computer. Does anyone out there have another solution? I can't be the only person with this problem.

Hey @mcyc, welcome to the Community

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try that on Safe Mode? To enter Safe Mode just hold on the Shift button when botting up.

If that doesn't work, could you try using Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account?

Unfortunately none of those solutions worked. I'm still left with a blank screen whenI open the app (on my MacBook - onmy iphone the app is working fine).
