unable to change cover picture for playlist

My Question or Issue

Yesterday and today I haven't been able to change the cover picture for any of my playlists, it says "Failed to save playlist changes. Please try again" I have tried on several playlists, there's no update available, and I've tried starting the app again.

I'm not sure what else to try.

Welcome to the Community!

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

On another note, could you let us know if the issue happens over 3G/4G, WiFi, or both? Also - can you try using a different connection to see if that makes a difference?

If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you try again from a different device following these steps.
