when I play music on Mac it pause itself after 6 seconds

on my phone and pc Spotify works perfectly but on Mac it didn't uploaded newest playlist that I added. and another problem is that when I try to open the browser version of Spotify the "safari can't open the page because the adres is invalid" popes out

Thanks for reaching out. So we're talking about three separate issues here - music pauses itself, playlists aren't synchronised and the browser version doesn't open. Is that correct? Does the issue persist across multiple networks? If you haven't tested this, please do so, use a hotspot from your phone if necessary. Also consider trying the following steps:

• Clean reinstall of the Mac app
• Check firewall and antivirus settings to make sure that Spotify is allowed through
• If you use a VPN or proxy server, disable those
