Здравствуйте! А скажите пожалуйста. А как на PC-версии Spotify обновить PlayList "Любимые треки"? Просто в WEB-версии и в мобильной версии показывает 1172 трека, а на PC-версии показывает всего лишь 850 треков. Я даже сам Spotify обновил но тоже самое

Can you try log out and then back in to see if the issue persists?

Also - can you confirm that you followed the steps that's provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your phone so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
