1.0.75.483.g7ff4a0dc broke Toastify global shortcuts

Hi there, the recent update of 1.0.75.483.g7ff4a0dc has caused Toastify's global shortcut keys function to stop working. The global hotkey function is absolutely important to me as I am mostly working on my laptop in fullscreen mode and I do not have dedicated multimedia buttons to toggle between tracks.

I'm working to fix the problem with shortcut in toastify. I got the toastify source code of the program and I've seen what's the problem. It's something about windows process'.

For the moment I can pause/play spotify. But I will need help to upload the changes I'm doing (it's the first time I fix a public program) to everybody can benefit.
