1.0.80.474.gef update and now see Error 4 (no internet) on corporate computer

After the update, Spotify is offline and can find no internet.  Did the update switch ports?  Any ideas on resolution?  It's a Win 7 64 machine.

Having the same issue on my laptop, Apple Mac air, it's started on my phone too saying "something went wrong" (Samsung s7) it's certainly not my internet because I have checked the speed and literally everything else is working. 😕
