3/4s of the some 700 songs on my playlist are unplayable

My Question or Issue

 Whenever I try to play most of the 700 songs on my playlist I get the error message "Spotify cant play this right now, if you have the file on your computer you can import it"

It can't be possible that all these songs have been removed, especially when I still find them when I search them up, I've tried deleting local files and everything is in order, I can't resolve the issue.
