A single local file song can't hear audio

My Question or Issue

So the song was playing fine for months and today I changed the album picture in Windows Media Player by clicking 'Paste Album Image'. 

Now I can't hear the song on Spotify even though it's 'playing'. All other songs are fine. It's in MP3 format.

I tried restarting Spotify, taking the file out of 'Downloads' and putting it back in, converting to mp3 > mp4 > mp3. Nothing works.

What can I do?

Forgot to mention; it still works fine in Windows Media Player and everywhere else, just not Spotify.
