About liked songs dissapearing

A lot of people have this problem on their phones or windows client for weeks and we don't get any offical message or solution from spotify.  It's still Under investigation but we don't know what you bring with new update too. So at least until you fix this problem can't you downgrade or something ? We pay this service and expect for solution. So not getting an answer is a bigger problem actually.
