Ad Doesn't Play, is Stuck

I'm from the US, using the Spotify desktop player with Windows 7. Every time this specific ad comes up, it doesn't progress on the time bar and I can't switch to any other song. The workaround is exiting and reopening Spotify, but it happens every single time this ad comes up and I might only get to listen to 2 or 3 songs before the ad basically locks up Spotify and forces me to reset, so I'm having to exit and open the program like once every 10 minutes or something. Is there anything else to do about this?

I have this issue as well. I just recently did a clean reinstallation a few days ago, but the issue persists.
