Ad won't play, no music

My Question or Issue

One day as I was listening to my music it just stopped. I checked and it said the music would continue after the ad. Only the ad is not playing, no matter the song I select it does not play because the ad has not completed. And it does not complete.

I have closed and opened the program repeatedly to no avail. The ad is stuck at 0:00.

The situation is the same on the web player and my cell phone.
