My Question or Issue

Every time I try and start playing any playlist on my account, the next song is always a different playlist and it no longer plays right through the original playlist I chose.

No matter what playlist I start listening to, the next song is always a completely different playlist.

This happens on my phone as well as on my desktop so might be an account issue??

It started happening last week and I can't stop it from happening, even when choosing a radio station.

 

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you always get songs from the same playlist when the music changes?

 

If that's that's the case, it's possible that you have that playlists queued and this is causing this. Take a look here to see how to clear your queue.

 

If that doesn't solve the issue, could you try a clean reinstall of the app to make sure you have the latest version and that any outdated files are removed.
 
Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.
