All Playlist disappeared

All Playlist disappeared

I put on my accout premium. I then logged me and all my playlists were gone.

can I restore it?

It sounds like you may have created a duplicate account. Please check the topic here for action to take to fix things.

If your premium is appearing but your playlists are not, then I would strongly suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form since they will be able to view all of your account details. As said above it is most likely that you have a duplicate account in the system somewhere, and they will be able to remove it and get all of your playlists restored for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
