My Question or Issue

I have reinstalled Spotify multiple times, and cleanly reinstalled as well. Everytime, however, all my music is missing from my playlists and music does not play. When I open spotify on the web browser or phone, it does work. Please help me fix this issue.

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

 

If you are, we'd recommend checking you hosts files with the steps here.

 

It's also a good idea to make sure that you've downloaded the app from the Microsoft store if you have the Windows 10 OS.
