All Songs being skipped on PC, for all audio devices

My Question or Issue

I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache, checking host files, logging out/in, uninstalling virtual audio mixers, restoring default settings for all devices, updating drivers, removing drivers and reinstalling them, and basically every other suggestion on the internet. 

Spotify won't play any songs on Windows 10, it works fine on other devices. This applies for all speakers and headsets connected to my PC. All other apps play sound just fine.
