All lost! After login all my playlist and my music gone!

All lost! After login all my playlist and my music gone!

This morning afer I logged in all my stuff (all my playlists, all my songs) where gone. I had 4 years of activity on Spotify, now all is lost!

I could recover the playlists from my account webpage (they appear as been deleted today), but I can't recover my songs from my music.

It seems tha my account has been resetted! What can I do?

I'm desperate!

Hey @ireneva40

 

That doesnt sound too good but maybe I can help you. A couple of users where this also happened to were able to fix this issue with a clean reinstall of the client. Can you try a clean reinstall


Note: After deleting the client, make sure there are no files left in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify before installing it again!
