All of my playlists are gone! EVERYTHING is gone!

My Question or Issue

All my music and playlists ive had for years is ALL gone! It was just like a new account.  I had a red banner on top of my screen that told me to fiks my payment stuff, but i didnt do anything about it. 

And than all of a sudden everything was gone. 

Ive tried to go to "recover" playlists, but then it says "you have no delited playlists"..... And that is NOT true. Ive had this account since i first got spotify. Maybe 8 years or so! This is so devestating. My whole life was on there, and now everything is gone... Please healp me..

Could you please visit your account overview page at Spotify.com and check out your account status to see if it reverted to Free ?

If so, please click "Log Out Everywhere", use this help page to locate all account listed with your details and try logging back in to see if that helps.

On my Account overview it says that i have spotify premium.
