All of the songs in my playlists are gone, including Spotify created playlists.

I recently upgraded to Premium from a free account through a family plan; however, after upgrading and updating on my Windows 10 system, all of the songs in my playlists have ceased to exist. The playlists themselves are still there, but all of the music is gone. This also seems to be the case with Spotify created playlists, and even when I'm able to find a song, it simply won't play and I'm left with greyed album art. I have tried troubleshooting with multiple desired methods listed on this site as well as many others, but none seem to be working for me. The mobile version works fine, though. If anyone has experienced this before and was able to resolve it somehow please let me know. I've also included some screenshots of what I was explaining earlier in the post to help better articulate my problem.
