My Question or Issue: Bought the premium because a good friend suggested it. The app won't even work. Now, it opens up I can tinker with settings but no matter what I do. It refuses to play any music. The website will play for roughly 50 seconds then it does the same thing! Before you say it could be an internet issue I have YouTube running in the background streaming music to make sure I wasn't having connectivity issues.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.


Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 


If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their own account on your computer to see if they can replicate this behavior? If this is not possible, you can also create a new account for testing purposes.
