Artist is greyed out but actually available on Spotify

I added a song by "The Kinks" a while back and it was perfectly playable back then. But now I had to find out, that it is not anymore. But wait, actually it is. Searching for "The Kinks" brings me to their artist page and I can listen to their songs. However, when I want to "Go to Artist" via my own playlist with their song on it (which played fine when I added it) I cant "Go to Artist". The artist is greyed out.

This is incredible annoying since half of my playlist is unuseable because of this. None of the songs or artists is really gone. I dont't want to add hundreds of songs manually again, just to maybe have to readd them a few months later once again.
