Artist names in Japanese Katakana even after changing the language setting to English...

Why are artist names still in Japanese Katakana even after I changed the language setting to English? Anway to fix this problem easily?

I'm using Spotify version 1.0.53.758.gde3fc4b2 in Windows 10 Pro.

Could you please try logging out and in again?

i am having the same issue in my mac, in the browser and in my android device, what is going on? it doesnt seems to be client related but more of a problem in spotify, even if i acces form web from anywhere alse it still shows some names in japanese, what can i do?
