As a next step, we'd recommend checking your hosts file using this guide. You can also try disabling Hardware acceleration in your app's settings.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for the provided screenshot.
If you haven't already, could you give the app a clean reinstall that can help resolve different issues with Spotify's performance? You can follow the steps under Windows 10 in this article.
Also, keep in mind that the app version downloaded from our website and the one from the Microsoft Store can have different behavior so we also recommend deleting the one you're currently using and then trying with the other one.
