Autoplay option is missing, reinstalled several times and it's still not there

Did you reinstall from the Windows Store?
Are you listening to playlists or albums from the artist page? If you're listening from the artist page, that's likely the cause.
If you click on the album's title, the album page opens, and when you press play in there, Spotify will play only this album.
On artist page it will play every following album in a row.

This simple troubleshooting has solve the issue for some users. Just toggle Autoplay on/off and let me know if it works!
Yes, I tried the desktop version too.

That's not cool. There's an Autoplay button in the mobile app - can you please try enabling it to see if it reflects on your desktop?
In your mobile app, go to Settings in the upper right corner - Playback - Autoplay.
