My Question or Issue

so after spending 2 days trying to turn off autoplay i finally figured it out but even after i turned it off it still continued to use autoplay

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick - can you log in with another account on the device - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?

 

Also - does this only occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
