Available songs being skipped for no apparent reason

Some songs are being displayed as such:

Even though they're available, they aren't played. The example here is The Hounds which shows up as available (I have even changed the setting to hide unavailable songs) but still is not playable. I've already tried restarting spotify and it does not work. Playing the song on the phone (Android 6.0) works fine, but trying to play it on PC gives the "song unavailable" message again. What's going on?

thanks for reaching out to us! Have you tried reinstalling the Spotify client?

That worked. Spotify really sucks as a piece of software if I have to reinstall it for it to even function properly. Thanks for the help.
