BUG: Albums containing '+' not showing up in local files (Windows)

I'v noticed a quite irritating bug/oddity

If an album title in iTunes contains the + sign this album will not show up automatically under local files in Spotify for Windows.

You have to manually drag it there for it to show up.

For mac this is not a problem, the album shows up automatically as it should. But not in Windows.

I think this is down to how Spotify generates the URIs for local files, since it replaces spaces in the file name with +'s.

Eg. spotify:local:Apocalyptica:Amplified%3a+A+Decade+of+Reinventing+the+Cello+Disc+1:Somewhere+Around+Nothing:248
