BUG: Settings:Display Options: "Show desktop overlay when using media keys" not applied after update

My Question or Issue

Every time Spotify updates itself, the setting under Display Options: "Show desktop overlay when using media keys" - is not applied unless it is set from true to false, and then back to true again.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to "Settings"

Find "Display Options"

Set "Show desktop overlay when using media keys" to be True / Enabled.

Update spotify to latest version

Use a Media Key on your Windows (for example Logitech drivers -> "play/pause")

Notice that the desktop overlay shows up

Go to "Settings"

Find "Display Options"

Notice that the "Show desktop overlay when using media keys" is still set to be True / Enabled.

Set "Show desktop overlay when using media keys" to False / Disable

Set "Show desktop overlay when using media keys" to True / Enable

Notice that the desktop overlay does not show up when usign a media key.
