Bought gift subscription: reciever has not been notified

Five days ago I ordered Spotify as a gift for someone.  I paid for it by credit card online, and received a receipt from Spotify.  But the gift recipient as yet to receive any notification, and so has not yet been able to sign up for the service.  Please help?  Advice?

I would suggest they check their spam/junk folders, if your email receipt has redemption details you could also give it to them manually. 

 

If not, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
