Buggy Advert for Google Home Hub

Using the desktop app on Windows 7 in the UK, I'm getting an advert for Google Home Hub a lot, and every single time it comes up, the advert doesn't start, and Spotify just stops. i.e. sits there waiting for the advert which never starts.

Clicking on the advert will sometimes make it carry on, sometimes not.

Eventually it does carry on to the next item on the playlist, after like 5-10 minutes or something.
