Cache is 5.6gb. That's 4.6gb too large. How to PERMANENTLY change size AND location?

My Question or Issue

I only have 120gb of space and I ran low so I looked around to see where I could save data and found what you see in the picture.

I want to know how to PERMANENTLY change the size of the cache and how to change the location of the cache. 5gb matters as it's 5% of my total storage.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Currently there is no way to change the size of the cache files that the app creates. 

You can have a look at this article for more info on how you can change the location where Spotify stores your Offline music.

Apart from this you can clear the app cache from time to to time following the steps described in this Spotify Answer. Note that you'd have to re-download your offline music after this.
