I tried posting this earlier, wouldnt let me.
Got work phone, made seperate account and added to family, got booted of the family plan.
Oh dayumn, finally worked.
Alright, here the full version:
Brother moved out of the house, he never was on our spotify plan. That gave me an idea: I have a work phone/pc that i could use outside (read: in the garden) with its seprate account.
Still me, part of the family, at the same house.
So made a new account, used it: Happy.
Then got an email saying: cannot verify your adres, please check
Then got an email saying: couldnt verify your adres, you're booted of the family plan.
So now im here... Because when i try to readd: You cannot add this account to the family plan, Need help: check our FAQ.
But the FAQ is shitty and it doesnt give me an answer. 0,0 customer service, so im left with the forum.
So.. what should i do to get in contact with anyone that can fix my family plan account.
