Can play songs by one artist ...

I am using Spotify premium in the UK on Windows 7 and, for some reason, I can't play songs by one particular artist. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling on all my devices. There is another computer in the house with a different spotify account and that plays the artist fine.

I can't play this single artist on either Windows 7 Desktop Application, Android phone or Web player using my account. I've even tried logging in to my account on the PC which works using a Guest Chrome browser tab and that doesn't work so it's obviously my account.

I mean, it's only 'Go West' for heavens sake! Why am I being victimised for liking 'Go West'?

Joking aside, can anyone please help? Preferably someone from actual Spotify support since this seems to be an issue with my account rather than with the artist or my devices.

Update - I've found some other artists that I can't play either.

Can someone from Spotify support please deal with this or can someone tell me how I get in direct contact?
