Can't Add Songs to Playlist

Using the Spotify app on a Windows 10 laptop. The ability to add songs to a playlist stopped working whether I drag the song to an existing playlist or click on the 3 dots and scroll to "Add to Playlist."  

I've shut down and reopened Spotify.

I've shut down and restarted my computer

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify twice.

I still can't add songs to playlist.

My current work around, right click or open the target playlist, try again.

Opening up the target playlist and trying to add the song to that playlist again works.  Thank you z26gtr.  Users should not have to do this.  It's definitely a bug in Spotify.
