Can't Install Spotify APP on desktop?

Hi,

I can't install the Spotify App on my desktop at work, I'm on Windows 10. Please see attached pic, I get this error message everytime. I've un-installed the app, and cleared internet history and cookies, restarted computer several times etc. 

On a side note- I've defaulted to using the web player the last few weeks, but am now having issues with that as well, when I click on the web player link from the main site it loads a blank page..please see the attached pic for reference.

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, welcome to the Spotify Community.

Can you try using the full Spotify installer from here? To install it, just make sure to right-click it and select "Run as Administrator". Also, try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or firewall you have running on your computer.
