Can't Play Album

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. My Windows desktop version of Spotify still can't play Radiohead's In Rainbows. I know that there was a contract issue in the past, but all of my other devices have been able to play the album since that issue was resolved.

If it helps, my desktop can play the album. So it's not a Spotify-wide issue. There must be something up with either your account or the install. Have you tried reinstalling?
